Continuous Extrusion Principle

The motor driven the extrusion wheel to rotate，there is a groove on the extrusion wheel. The shoe and the chamber forms an extrusion chamber, when the feedstock feed into the chamber, heavy plastic deformation cause it extrude out form the die hole thus output the copper product. Different dies can make different product. The extrusion copper rod temperature can reach 600℃ in several seconds in the extrusion chamber and the pressure will near 1000Mpa.
