After a series of successful process tests and performance tests, American Copper Weld Company finally chose Dalian Konform's TLJ300H type copper flat wire high-speed continuous extrusion production line for the production of narrow-width flat copper strips with a thickness of ≤1mm, which are copper-clad steel wires. Products are provided with cladding materials.
300H is the latest high-speed continuous extrusion equipment developed by our company. It is an upgraded product of the existing copper and aluminum flat wire continuous extrusion equipment. It has the characteristics of high production efficiency, good product quality and low operating costs:
(1) For the production of copper flat wire, the average output reaches 800kg/h, and the average power consumption is lower than 120kwh/t; for the production of aluminum flat wire, the average output reaches 260kg/h, and the average power consumption is lower than 240kwh/t.
(2) The degree of automation is high, one person can operate multiple machines independently, the operation is safe and reliable, and it has remote wireless Internet service and monitoring functions.
(3) The tensile strength of the extruded copper flat wire is ≥230MPa, the yield strength is ≥105MPa, the elongation rate is ≥45%, and the thickness fluctuation is between ±0.02mm; the surface quality of the product is good and there is no bubble.
(4) The noise of the production line is lower than 82dB, there is no pollutant emission, and the equipment is free of oil and water.
Compared with the traditional continuous extrusion equipment of the same type, the production efficiency is doubled, the energy saving is more than 20%, the operator is reduced by 2/3, and the site is saved by more than 50%; the production line can be controlled by the Internet, with remote diagnosis and remote service functions; no oil , water running and dripping, no pollutant discharge, environmentally friendly.
In this case, the accepted product specifications of American Copper Weld Company are 14.22×1.02mm, 14.22×0.71mm, 14.22×0.38mm, and the dimensional tolerance of copper strip thickness is required to be within ±0.01mm; High, the use of traditional continuous extrusion equipment and technology can not meet the requirements.
To this end, our company's R&D team has created a high-energy density drive spindle system, a low-resistance mold cavity, a tool and mold temperature control system, a product constant tension winding system and a rod material pretreatment system; After a series of difficult problems, it finally reached the product requirements of the American Copper Weld Company, and realized the continuous extrusion production of thin copper strip products.
